Embark on a new adventure with Nomade Nuit d’Égypte in the homeland of Chloé founder, Gaby Aghion. Reconnecting with Gaby’s roots, this modern and refined Eau de Parfum is an homage to Egypt, recognised as the birthplace of the first perfume known to humankind: kyphi.
Composed by the perfumer Juliette Karagueuzoglou, Nomade Nuit d’Égypte reinterprets an age-old alchemical art with ingredients found in ancient recipes for kyphi. Myrrh appears from the very first breath, melding powerfully resinous accents with spiced notes of ginger, cinnamon and honeyed hues of broom flower nectar. Cypriol and opopanax then swathe the accord in their supremely round, balsamic and ambery notes.
The reinterpreted kyphi pairs with another ingredient from Egypt, opulent orange blossom absolute sourced in the Nile Delta, exuding soft-yet-profound inflections at the heart of this Chloé perfume. A touch of warm, sensuous vanilla completes this alluring Eau de Parfum, formulated with 90% natural origin fragrance.
Nomade Nuit d’Égypte is presented in the line’s emblematic bottle, tied with a knot in the deep, mysterious ‘Egyptian Blue’ of the world’s oldest pigment, created 4500 years ago.
