Here’s how you can earn and redeem loyalty points when you shop with Xpressions. These rules explain point earning by membership tier, redemption value, eligibility, and important limits. 

How You Earn Points

You earn points on eligible purchases based on your membership tier. Transactions below the minimum value do not earn points, while discounted items are currently included for earning. Some products may still be excluded from points earning, such as items marked not eligible for points, category-based exclusions, or consignment items.

Points Earning by Tier
Silver: 0.1 points for every 1 AED of eligible spend
Gold: 0.25 points for every 1 AED of eligible spend
Platinum: 0.5 points for every 1 AED of eligible spend

How Points Are Calculated
Points Earned = Tier Earning Rate × Eligible Purchase Amount

Examples
Spend AED 1,000 as a Silver member and earn 100 points
Spend AED 1,000 as a Gold member and earn 250 points
Spend AED 1,000 as a Platinum member and earn 500 points

How You Redeem Points

Points redemption is enabled through OTP verification. The customer’s mobile number is the mandatory identifier for redemption. Email and card number are not required. Redemption applies only to eligible items, and excluded items must be paid for in full.

Redemption Value
The current points conversion ratio is:

10 points = AED 1
This means 1 point = AED 0.10.

Redemption Limits Per Transaction
Minimum redemption: 100 points
Maximum redemption: 1,000 points
Redemption Examples
100 points = AED 10 discount
500 points = AED 50 discount
1,000 points = AED 100 discount

Important Note
Redemption is valid only on eligible items. Products excluded from redemption will not receive any discount and must be paid at full price.

Eligible and Excluded Items

Points Earning
You can earn points on eligible products, including discounted items. However, products marked as not eligible for points, category-based exclusions, consignment items, and any exclusions uploaded separately are not included.

Points Redemption
Points can only be redeemed on eligible items. Category-based exclusions, consignment items, and any additional excluded items do not qualify for redemption.
