Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

These Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the loyalty rewards program (“Program”) offered by Xpress Rewards (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Xpressions. By using the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Program is available to registered users of the Xpress Rewards app.
Users must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction.
The Program is void where prohibited by law.

2. Earning Points

Users earn 1 loyalty point for every AED 1 spent on purchases.
Points are credited only after successful and completed transactions.
Points have no monetary value and are not transferable.

3. Redemption of Points

Points can be redeemed at the rate of:
100 points = AED 1
Redemption options may include discounts, in-app benefits, or other rewards as determined by Xpressions.
Minimum redemption thresholds and available rewards may be modified at any time.
Redemption requests may take time to process and are subject to verification.

4. Tier System

The Program includes the following tier levels based on user activity:

Silver: 0 – 1,000 points
Gold: 1,000 – 5,000 points
Platinum: 5,000+ points

Benefits associated with each tier may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Expiration of Points

Xpressions reserves the right to set expiration periods for points.
Expired points will be removed and cannot be reinstated.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Create multiple or fake accounts
Use VPNs, bots, or automated systems
Exploit bugs or loopholes in the system
Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity

Violation may result in suspension or termination of the account and forfeiture of points.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Xpressions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if misuse or violation of these Terms is detected.
Any accumulated points may be forfeited upon termination.

8. Program Changes and Termination

Xpressions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Changes may include earning rates, redemption values, tiers, or eligibility.

9. No Gambling or Real-Money Gaming

The Program does not involve gambling, betting, or games of chance.
Points are earned based on user activity and spending, not random outcomes.
No real-money wagering is involved.

10. Disclaimer

Points are promotional and have no cash value outside the Program.
Xpressions does not guarantee continuous availability of rewards.
All rewards are subject to availability and internal verification.

11. Limitation of Liability

Xpressions is not responsible for technical errors, delays, or system failures affecting the Program.
Participation is at the user’s own risk.
